My picks, three ways

Every product here is one I researched and believe in. Tiers go by price per ounce, compared only within the same category, so a $20 vitamin C can be a Basic while a $3 cleanser is an Upgrade. Cleansers rarely need to be a splurge, since you rinse them off, but a few treat-yourself picks are here if you want one.

Can I use these together?

Pick two ingredients to see whether they layer well, need different times of day, or should be kept apart.

Layering order
  1. Cleanser
  2. Toner or essence (thinnest, most watery)
  3. Serums and treatments, thinnest to thickest
  4. Eye cream
  5. Moisturizer
  6. Face oil or occlusive (night)
  7. Sunscreen (morning, always last)

A quick note for pregnancy 🤍

The products marked pregnancy-friendly here are generally considered safe during pregnancy and nursing, based on guidance like the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists'.

But I'm not a doctor, and some dermatologists are more cautious about ingredients like salicylic and glycolic acid. Please check with your OB before starting anything new.
